Taylor Rouse started Rouse's HVAC Solutions to give homeowners and business owners in Hamblen County a heating and air company they can count on. When you call, you deal directly with the person responsible for the work, not a call center.
Born and raised in East Tennessee
Taylor was born and raised in East Tennessee and grew up on a family farm that raised tobacco, hay and pumpkins. Farm work teaches you early what it means to show up, work with your hands and take care of the equipment you depend on. That background is a big part of how he runs this business today: honest work, done right, at a fair price.
From the farm to the University of Tennessee
After high school, Taylor graduated from the University of Tennessee. He then spent 18 years in the transportation industry, where he learned to manage schedules, take care of customers and solve problems under pressure. Those years taught him the value of showing up when you say you will, which is how every job at Rouse's HVAC Solutions is handled.
HVAC training at TCAT Greeneville
Ready for a change, Taylor went back to school and graduated from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Greeneville with training in HVAC. That program gave him the hands-on skills for heating, ventilation and air conditioning work, from heat pumps and gas furnaces to ductless mini splits and gas piping. He pairs that training with the work ethic he grew up with on the farm.
Family and the outdoors
Taylor is a family-oriented guy, and that carries into the business. He treats your home like his own family's. Outside of work, he likes to deer and turkey hunt, which keeps him connected to the East Tennessee land he grew up on.
